V - For our first day in Bali, me and Sruti Akka will be hosted by a lovely Russian couple, Ruslan and Katerina. They asked us if we could cook a nice Indian meal for them. So we, brilliant cooks that we are, have decided to make them a traditional Telugu meal of dosa and karam and also some rasam to wash it down. Now, this posed a minor conundrum because neither of us are very good at it! So we decided to practice and learn from the masters – Amma and Yvonne aunty. Whether we succeeded in this quest or not is besides the point but we had a load of fun.
